Portals of Discovery: Yoga Outdoors

Six sessions: Fridays, May 20 – June 24, 10 a.m. to noon.
Yoga Outdoors will begin with yoga-based movement practice on Reynolda’s expansive lawns to slow down and bring participants into consciousness of their bodies. In this embodied state, the class will move into walking and sitting practice in the fields and along the trails. The class will support students in developing the patience and attention to fully inhabit where they are, through their senses. Instructor Sydney Hughes-McGee is owner of 18 Springs Yoga Center, named for the many springs within the original Reynolda property.
