Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Twelve sessions: September 13 - October 20
This twelve-session course is the cornerstone of the Reynolda discovery experience. Class members use an interdisciplinary approach to learn about American art through the Museum’s collection by researching correlations in art, literature, and music of the same time period. Participants will find themselves intrigued, challenged, and supported as they experience four centuries of art in the company of other lifelong learners. Instructors are Beth Hoover-DeBerry, assistant director of education, and Julia Hood, coordinator of education.
